Adjournment of meeting If on the day appointed for the meeting of such board, a major part thereof shall not attend at the courthouse of the county at the hour of twelve o'clock noon, or if at that time the statements of the result of such election from every election district in the county shall not be produced, the members of the board present shall adjourn to some convenient hour on the next day.
