§ Ind. Code § 3-14-2-31Voting more than one ballot at the same election; replacement ballot exception

Except for casting a replacement ballot in accordance with this title, a voter who
knowingly or intentionally votes more than one (1) ballot in the same election commits a
Level 6 felony.
