§ Ind. Code § 3-11.7-4-2Rights and requirements of watchers appointed by parties or independent candidates

(a) Political parties or independent candidates described in IC 3-6-8-1 may appoint
watchers at the location for counting provisional ballots.
(b) A watcher appointed under this section:
(1) has the rights; and
(2) must follow the requirements;
set forth in IC 3-6-8.
