§ Ind. Code § 3-11-14-2Use of electronic voting systems; voter verifiable paper audit trail; requirements for voter verifiable paper audit trail

(a) Except as provided in subsections (c) and (f), a county election board may use
an approved electronic voting system:
(1) in any election;
(2) in all or in some of the precincts within a political subdivision holding an election;
and
(3) instead of or in combination with any other voting method.
