§ Ind. Code § 3-9-5-8.4Candidate who files declaration of intent to be write-in candidate

(a) This section applies to a candidate who files a declaration of intent to be a
write-in candidate under IC 3-8-2.
(b) A candidate is not required to prepare or file a report before the nomination date.
(c) The period for the first report required for a candidate begins on the date that the
individual became a candidate and ends fourteen (14) days after the nomination date.
