(a) This subsection applies to a candidate's committee other than a candidate's committee of a candidate for a state office. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, each committee, the committee's treasurer, and each candidate shall complete a report required by this chapter current and dated as of the following dates: (1) Twenty-five (25) days before the nomination date.
