§ Ind. Code § 3-8-2-2.7Withdrawal of a write-in candidate

(a) A candidate may withdraw a declaration of intent to be a write-in candidate
not later than noon July 15 before a general or municipal election.
(b) This subsection applies to a candidate who filed a declaration of intent to be a write-in
candidate with the election division. The election division shall issue a corrected certification
of write-in candidates under IC 3-8-7-30 as soon as practicable after a declaration is
withdrawn under this section.
