When notified by: (1) the NVRA official of a conversion from rural route addresses to numbered addresses under this chapter; (2) the United States Postal Service of a conversion from rural route addresses to numbered addresses; (3) the United States Postal Service that mail delivery to postal boxes located in a United States Postal Service facility will be discontinued and replaced by residential delivery; or
