§ Ind. Code § 3-7-38.2-19Agreement with other states to share information

(a) Not later than January 1, 2026, the secretary of state shall send a written or
electronic communication to each state to request that the state or a group of states execute
an agreement with Indiana to share certain information in the possession of the secretary of
state and the other state or states for the purpose of:
(1) maintaining the statewide voter registration list; and
