§ Ind. Code § 3-7-13-10Times for voter registration; exceptions for absent uniformed services voters and overseas voters

(a) After a general or municipal election is conducted, the registration period
resumes on the following December 1 (or the first Monday in December if December 1 falls
on a Saturday or Sunday).
(b) Except as provided in IC 3-7-36 for absent uniformed services voters and overseas
voters, the registration period continues through the twenty-ninth day before the date a
