§ Ind. Code § 3-7-13-3Eligibility to vote for candidates for elected offices and public questions at a primary election

(a) This section applies to a person who:
(1) on the day of the next general, municipal, or special election, will meet the age and
residency requirements of section 1 of this chapter; and
(2) does not meet the age or residency requirements on primary election day.
(b) A person described in subsection (a) may not cast a ballot:
(1) for candidates for elected offices; or
(2) on public questions;
to be voted on at the same time that the primary election is conducted.
