(a) The board consists of the following: (1) One (1) member appointed by the county chairman of each of the major political parties of the county. A member appointed under this subdivision must be a voter of the county. (2) The circuit court clerk, who serves as an ex officio member of the board. (b) The board members serving under subsection (a)(1) serve at the pleasure of their respective county chairman.
