§ Ind. Code § 3-5-5-0.3Effect of amendments made by 2015 session of the general assembly

Notwithstanding any other law, the additions and amendments to IC 3-5-2.1 or
this chapter made by legislation enacted in the 2015 regular session of the general assembly
do not affect any:
(1) rights or liabilities accrued;
(2) penalties incurred;
(3) violations committed; or
(4) proceedings begun;
