Impozite, taxe (1) Impozitele, taxele și orice alte venituri ale bugetului de stat și ale bugetului asigurărilor sociale de stat se stabilesc numai prin lege. (2) Impozitele și taxele locale se stabilesc de consiliile locale sau județene, în limitele și în condițiile legii.
