El pago del aporte para el desenvolvimiento institucional sólo se efectuará si el partido ha presentado la documentación contable correspondiente al último ejercicio, en tiempo y forma de acuerdo al Título II de la presente ley y ante el juez federal con competencia electoral correspondiente.
