En caso de muerte o renuncia de cualquiera de los candidatos de la fórmula que haya sido proclamado electa, se aplicará lo dispuesto en el artículo 88 de la Constitución Nacional. (Artículo sustituido por art. 2 de la Ley N° 24.444 B.O. 19/1/1995).
