Su provisión. El Poder Ejecutivo adoptará las providencias que fueran necesarias para remitir con la debida antelación a las Juntas Electorales las urnas, formularios, sobres, papeles especiales y sellos que éstas deban hacer llegar a los presidentes de comicio. Dichos elementos serán provistos por el Ministerio del Interior y distribuidos por intermedio del servicio oficial de Correos.
