Presidencia de las Juntas. En la capital de la República la presidencia de la Junta será ejercida por el presidente de la Cámara Nacional de Apelaciones en lo Contencioso Administrativo Federal y en las provincia por el presidente de la Cámara Federal o por el juez electoral, cuando no existiere este último tribunal.
