Rehabilitación. La rehabilitación se decretará de oficio por el juez electoral, previa vista fiscal, siempre que la cesación de la causal inhabilitante surja de las constancias que se tuvieron al disponerla. De lo contrario, sólo podrá considerarse a petición del interesado.
