Degene die opzettelijk en wederrechtelijk de uitslagprogrammatuur binnendringt, beschadigt of de betrouwbare werking ervan beïnvloedt wordt gestraft met gevangenisstraf van ten hoogste zes jaren of een geldboete van de vierde categorie.
