Een herstelbaar verzuim kan tevens uiterlijk de eerste werkdag vóór de dag, bedoeld in artikel I 4 , worden hersteld bij een gezaghebber van negen tot zeventien uur. Artikel Ya 7 is van overeenkomstige toepassing.
