1 Indien de toepassing van artikel W 3 of artikel W 4 tot een beslissing door het lot aanleiding geeft, zal de loting plaats hebben in een zitting van het centraal stembureau. 2 Op de in het eerste lid bedoelde zitting vinden de artikelen P 20 en P 22 overeenkomstige toepassing.
