Onverwijld nadat het hoofdstembureau het proces-verbaal van een gemeentelijk stembureau heeft ontvangen, gaat het over tot het verrichten van de werkzaamheden ter vaststelling en bekendmaking van de uitkomst van de stemming bij de stembureaus op kieskringniveau.
