Zodra de voor de stemming bepaalde tijd verstreken is, wordt dit door de voorzitter aangekondigd en worden alleen de op dat ogenblik in het stemlokaal of bij de ingang daarvan aanwezige kiezers nog tot de stemming toegelaten.
