1 De gebruiker maakt bij de vaststelling, bedoeld in de artikelen Na 26 , O 5 en O 16 , onderscheidenlijk P 20, eerste lid , gebruik van de door de Kiesraad ter beschikking gestelde uitslagprogrammatuur. 2 De gebruiker draagt er zorg voor dat de uitslagprogrammatuur betrouwbaar en veilig door hem wordt gebruikt. Daarbij neemt hij de gebruiksvoorschriften in acht.
