The voting procedures in sections 115.900 to 115.936 shall apply to: (1) A general, special, or primary election for federal office; (2) A general, special, or primary election for statewide or state legislative office or state ballot measure; or (3) Any election in which absentee voting is conducted pursuant to sections 115.275 to 115.304 . --------
