1. Within its jurisdiction, each election authority may register any person who is qualified to register in the jurisdiction. Each election authority may issue information cards to registered voters. 2. Upon agreement with another election authority, any election authority may register any person qualified to register in its jurisdiction in the jurisdiction of the other election authority. --------
