Liaison and Legislative Lobbyist. The registration of each legislative liaison or legislative lobbyist shall expire on December 31 of each year unless renewed for the following year as required by Rule 5.3. A legislative liaison or legislative lobbyist may terminate his or her registration sooner than December 31 by electronically filing a notice of termination on a form provided by the Commission and filing a final Legislative Lobbyist Report.
