Benefits as a Result of Spouse’s Business Activities. A state officer or employee may accept meals, lodging, transportation and other benefits resulting from the business or employment activities of the state officer or employee’s spouse when it is clear that such benefits have not been offered or enhanced because of the state officer or employee’s status as a state officer or employee.
