Action Committee. A political action committee that is not registered with the Federal Election Commission but that is registered in another state shall be required to file with the Commission written proof of its registration in another state before making contributions to a candidate or candidates for state office. A certified copy of its registration document from another state shall be sufficient to meet the requirements of this section.
