§ Ethics Rule 2.87Limitations on Solicitations by Political Action

Committee Affiliated with Corporation.
A limited committee affiliated with a corporation may solicit
contributions to the committee only from the corporation’s
shareholders, directors, executive and administrative personnel and
their families. For purposes of this section, “executive and
administrative personnel” means an individual employed by a
corporation who is paid on a salary, rather than hourly, basis and
who has policymaking, managerial, professional or supervisory
responsibilities.
