§ Ethics Rule 2.65Loans to Committees by Commercial Financial Institutions

A loan made to a political party committee, a political action
committee or a candidate committee shall not be considered a
contribution if the loan is made by a commercial financial
institution normally engaged in the business of making loans and if
the loan is made in the regular course of business on the same terms
ordinarily available to members of the public.
