§ Ethics Rule 2.59Joint Candidate Fund-raising

Two or more candidates for state office, except judicial office,
may participate in a joint fund-raising event, provided each
candidate is given approximately equal status in any formal
solicitation for contributions and each candidate committee pays an
equal share of the costs. Contributions to candidates or candidate
committees may not be commingled under any circumstances. Each
contribution must be made to an individual candidate or candidate
committee.
