A. It shall be a felony for any person to engage in or to conspire to engage in absentee ballot harvesting, as defined in Section 1 of this act, involving ten or more absentee ballots at any election conducted in this state by a county election board, the State Election Board or a political subdivision of this state. B. It shall be a felony for any person to direct or cause another person or persons to commit acts of ballot harvesting, as defined in Section 1 of this act, involving ten or more absentee ballots at any election conducted in this state by a county election board, the State Election Board or a political subdivision of this state.
