Excessive campaign contribution is: (a) Intentionally making any contribution in violation of any provision of K.S.A. 25-4153 , or (b) intentionally accepting any contribution made in violation of any provision of K.S.A. 25-4153 . Excessive campaign contribution is a class A misdemeanor.
