46.8 Certified list.
1. The state court administrator shall maintain a certified list of the names, addresses,
electronic mail addresses, and years of admission of members of the bar who are eligible to
vote for state and district judicial nominating commissioners.
2. Upon request, the state court administrator shall provide the certified list in electronic
form and without charge to any properly qualified nominee for state or district judicial
nominating commissioner.
