43.108 Organization of state convention — proxies prohibited. The convention shall be called to order by the chairperson of the state central committee, or that individual’s designee, who shall present a list of delegates, as certified by the various county conventions, and effect a temporary organization. If any county is not fully Tue Dec 09 22:31:16 2025 Iowa Code 2026, Chapter 43 (48, 2) §43.108, PARTISAN NOMINATIONS — PRIMARY ELECTION 26 represented, the delegates present from that county shall cast the full vote of the county if the rules of the convention or party bylaws or constitution so allow, and there shall be no proxies.
