(1) A deregistered political party whose chief agent commits an offence under paragraph 497.1(1)(e) is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine of not more than $50,000. Deregistered party — offence requiring intent (2) A deregistered political party whose chief agent commits an offence under paragraph 497.1(3)(g) is guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine of not more than $100,000.
