(1) No person who is ineligible to be an officer of a registered party or an eligible party shall act in that capacity. Prohibition — agent (2) No person who is ineligible to be a chief agent or registered agent of a registered party or an eligible party shall act in that capacity. Prohibition — auditor (3) No person who is ineligible to be an auditor of a registered party or an eligible party shall act in that capacity.
