(1) If the ballot or special ballot is incapable of being used, the elector shall return it to the election officer, who shall mark it as a spoiled ballot and give the elector another ballot or special ballot. Limit (2) An elector shall not be given more than one ballot or special ballot, as the case may be, under subsection (1).
