The coordinating officer shall cooperate with the special voting rules administrator to facilitate the voting, under Divisions 3 and 4 of this Part, of (a) a person employed by or in support of the Canadian Forces outside Canada; (b) a person who accompanies a unit or other element of the Canadian Forces that is on service or active service outside Canada, within the meaning of subsection 61(1) of the National Defence Act ; or (c) a person who resides outside Canada with a member of the Canadian Forces or with a person referred to in paragraph (a) or (b).
