Any person who fraudulently participates and votes in a precinct caucus, assembly, or convention Colorado Revised Statutes 2024 Page 393 of 561 Uncertified Printout when he or she is not a member of the political party holding the precinct caucus, assembly, or convention, as shown in the statewide voter registration system upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 1-13-111.
