O Tribunal Superior Eleitoral, dentro de cinco dias, a contar da data do depósito a que se refere o § 1º do artigo anterior, fará a respectiva distribuição aos órgãos nacionais dos partidos, obedecendo aos seguintes critérios: (Vide Adins nºs 1.351-3 e 1.354-8)
