Parágrafo único. Na hipótese de surgirem obstáculos à obtenção do boletim, caberá ao recorrente requerer, mediante a indicação dos dados necessários, que o órgão da Justiça Eleitoral perante o qual foi interposto o recurso o instrua, anexando o respectivo boletim de urna.
