Parágrafo único. O disposto neste artigo será tornado efetivo, a qualquer tempo, pelo órgão competente da Justiça Eleitoral, conforme o âmbito nacional, regional ou municipal do órgão infrator mediante representação fundamentada partidário, ou de qualquer eleitor.
