Parágrafo único. Fica ressalvado aos membros dos Tribunais Eleitorais que pertençam a órgãos judiciários onde as férias sejam coletivas o direito de gozá-las fora dos períodos para os mesmos estabelecidos. (Revogado pela Lei nº 4.961, de 4.5.1966)
