As repartições públicas são obrigadas, no prazo máximo de 10 (dez) dias, a fornecer às autoridades, aos representantes de partidos ou a qualquer alistando as informações e certidões que solicitarem relativas à matéria eleitoral, desde que os interessados manifestem especificamente as razões e os fins do pedido.
