Na sentença que julgar ação penal pela infração de qualquer dos artigos. 322, 323, 324, 325, 326,328, 329, 331, 332, 333, 334 e 335, deve o juiz verificar, de acôrdo com o seu livre convencionamento, se diretório local do partido, por qualquer dos seus membros, concorreu para a prática de delito, ou dela se beneficiou conscientemente.
