Parágrafo único. Poderá ainda a Justiça Eleitoral, tomadas as medidas necessárias à garantia do sigilo, autorizar a reciclagem industrial das cédulas, em proveito do ensino público de primeiro grau ou de instituições beneficentes. (Incluído pela Lei nº 7.977, de 27.12.1989)
