Parágrafo único. Será punido nos têrmos do art. 293 o juiz eleitoral, o escrivão eleitoral, o preparador ou o funcionário responsável pela transgressão do preceituado neste artigo ou pela não entrega do título pronto ao eleitor que o procurar.
